There's an Extremely Decadent New Uni Menu at Mifune New York

For the Uni-Obsessed Among Us

There's a brand new "Uni Fest" menu on offer at the minimalist Midtown East Japanese spot Mifune New York—and it's got some of the most outlandish uni-involving dishes we've seen.

The dishes have been crafted by chef Yuu Shimano, previously of three-Michelin-starred Guy Savoy in Paris, and the a la carte menu includes house-made brioche with seaweed butter and uni, Angus beef tartar with sake-steamed clam gelee and uni, bluefin tuna tempura with poached egg and rice with uni, and an uni flight with whatever's good that day.

Oh, and uni-topped sweet corn ice cream.

It's available all of July. Whole menu's right here...

Available starting Jul 1, Mifune New York, 245 E 44th St (between 2nd and 3rd), 212-986-2800
