Food halls.

So many food halls.

So many glorious, elegant, chef-filled food halls.

No offense to Sbarro or anything.

And speaking of, here comes the latest one called Wells St. Market. It's full of magical things to eat and drink and it opens for lunch and dinner on Wednesday in the Loop. Take a look around.

Located across the river from the Merchandise Mart, this is a 10,500-square-foot, bright and airy space with vintage-modern furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows that open in the warmer months and a full-service wrap-around bar that'll have burgers and oysters during lunch and dinner hours.

What's on the menu? So glad you asked. 11 vendors are present, from Firecakes Donuts and its 6:30am breakfast walkup window (in case you need a donut ice cream sandwich to start your day) to Furious Spoon ramen to BBQ from Pork & Mindy's to sushi, tacos, gyros, latkes... it goes on like this.

Flowers for Dreams even has a stall for those midday flower bouquet pickups.

It's not your fault, Sbarro. It's not your fault.
