Close your eyes.

You're on a ship. Breathing in the salty air. Feeling the ocean breeze on your earlobes.

Open your eyes.

You're in Old Town. There is no ocean. But Two Lights Seafood & Oyster will make you feel like there is. It's your new North Avenue haven of edible delights from the sea and it's now open for dinner looking like this.

From the owners of River North's Tortoise Supper Club, this place is serving up oysters and tropical cocktails all inside a bright, light, airy space. Wooden tables, pastel touches and seaside-related quotes are all present here.

Inspired by summer trips to Maine with their family, owners Keene and Megan Addington wanted to create a place where you can relax, rejuvenate and make a date laugh and stuff.

Grab a table or take a seat at the long marble bar and prepare to be plied with East and West Coast oysters, lobster rolls, New England clam chowder and the like. But if you're not into seafood, there are still options for you like steak tartare and the buttermilk fried chicken roll. You'll get your sea legs one day.

And please, don't forget the large-format cocktails or their takes on highballs and backs like the radish-infused vodka number with a beet kvass back.

That's basically a salad, right?
