The next time you're in Meatpacking craving a spicy soppressata-topped pizza with only a few minutes to spare, make straight for SIMÒ Pizza. It's the latest from the Rossoomodoro folks, and their goal is to get you in and out of there (with some killer pizza in you) as fast as you need to be in and out of there.

It'll take 90 seconds to churn out your pizza, and you have just six options to consider: from a super simple margherita, to a mozzarella di bufala, pecorino and black pepper-topped cacio e pepe pie. If you've got, say, ten to fifteen minutes to spare, they've also got wine and chairs.

Now open, SIMÒ Pizza90-92 Gansevoort St (between Washington and West)
