A Mikkeller brewery-curated and hosted dinner is going down this Sunday, with acclaimed ramen chef Ivan Orkin (Ivan Ramen) and Chef Justin Smillie (Upland) joining forces for a special one-night-only menu. You can expect three small plates served family-style and a noodle dish—with each course paired with the perfect brew.
The Mikkeller team will be there to talk beer, as will two guest breweries who are behind a collab beer available only at Ivan Ramen. Lastly, art director Keith Shore (responsible for the graphic above) will be there signing limited-edition screen prints. So, yeah. Good beer, good food and something for your wall.
