Or a desert hallucination.
No matter how many drinks went down between the Palazzo and Caesar's, you actually do see Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken now open on the Strip, right in the Grand Bazaar Shops.
You'll notice it doesn't look like the others. For one, there's the great-looking vintage diner space with a neon-covered shell and Coney Island juke-joint interior. But look at the orange menu above you. You'll see something else new. Something spectacular. Liquor. Served in the lovely form of shakes, cocktails, shots, wine and beer.
So as you wrap your jaws around a Firebird chicken sandwich with pickled peppers and chipotle mayo, you'll foresee an imminent cooling-off period with a Shakedown Street shake bearing bourbon, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Or maybe it'll be a Kerry's Classic sandwich with caramelized pineapple and special sauce and a hibiscus margarita. Doesn't matter, as long as you're drinking and eating.
Feel free to do this on one of the six tables you'll find outside. Then enjoy people-watching under misters that cool you down as you sip on your shake.
Never hurts to have a backup.
