Facts: Mykonos Blue is a Greek restaurant in the shiny new inn known as Hotel Hayden, in Chelsea. It’s open now. It’s got a window that’s not a window but a photograph that looks like you’re looking out at the real Mykonos, almost to an unsettling degree. There’s also a vast network of nautical ropes that looks cool, and there is opportunity to say “horiatiki, please,” loud and proud.

One last fact: here are photos and explanatory words.
