Today we’re going to look at Black Walnut. Like, really look at it. Because there’s some beauty to behold there.

But first, some facts: Black Walnut is a restaurant. A Brooklyn restaurant housing the chef from Nightingale Nine and Wilma Jean. It’s open now. When you eat there, you’ll notice it combines some Southern elements with some Asian elements. For instance, 18-month-aged ham appears on a plate with shishito peppers there.
