Jumping right in on this, the second Tuesday of August in the year 2016, get a load of LaRina Pastificio & Vino, an endearing little place for pasta, cocktails and wine, opening tomorrow a few blocks east of Fort Greene Park.

This is the level of charming date spot that you see on credit card commercials where two people, completely infatuated with each other, lean over the table to kiss before one of them drops the credit card down to complete the process of their adorable meal, whereafter they’ll presumably ride a Ferris wheel or some such. We’re talking includes-a-small-elevated-lounge-area-with-an-honest-to-God-swing-bench charming. Here’s the menu.

Speaking of which, now we’ll kick you to the slideshow. It’s got urgent visual news of pomodoros and duck ragùs and Negronis. See you in there.

Geoff Rynex is the only person named Geoff Rynex in the history of mankind. He would rather have the best burger than the best steak, likes hearing bartender stories and spends too much money on clothes.
