Next Tuesday will be a special night over at South Williamsburg's Barano, where Chef Al Di Meglio will team up with acclaimed chef Cesare Casella for a one-night-only collaboration dinner paying homage to each chef's roots: the south and north of Italy, respectively.

The six-course dinner will feature dishes like Di Meglio's hand-stretched mozzerella paired with Casella's proscitto, homemade bucatini with rabbit and slow-cooked branzino using a traditional cooking method from Ischia. Have a look at the whole menu right here.

May 8, 6pm—10:30pm, $75 plus optional $30 wine pairing, Barano, 26 Broadway (between Kent and Wythe), 347-987-4500
