The last time you found yourself on The McKittrick Hotel's rooftop, it probably felt like you'd stumbled into a cozy mountainside lodge. Well, things have changed. Gotten a bit brighter, airier, more whimsical, maybe... It's now called Gallow Green, and it's the overgrown garden bar they've been known to open for the warmer months.

Large-format punches, grilled octopus-topped pizza coming out of a wood-burning oven and Bloody Mary-fueled buffet brunches with live music on weekends are all happening, so come by for one or all of the above.

Weekdays 5pm—on, Sat & Sun 11am—4pm, Gallow Green at The McKittrick Hotel, 542 W 27th St (between 10th and 11th), 212-564-1662
