A Decent Excuse to Hit The Plaza's Palm Court

Some St. Patrick’s Day Shenanigans in One of the Most Beautiful Spaces in Town

To acknowledge St. Patrick’s Day without having to patronize an establishment selling green beer, one idea is to head to The Palm Court, which'll be pretty much the opposite experience.

In the daytime, they're doing a themed afternoon tea, with corned beef with emerald cabbage, Irish smoked salmon, a Bailey's chocolate cream roll and more. And at night, they're offering Irish cocktails like the Shamrock Sour and Homemade Irish Cream. Oh, and if you're there on Saturday afternoon, Irish harpist Erin Hill (who has worked with Jewel, Kanye and Sinead O'Connor, not in that order) will be doing her thing for a few hours.

Mar 16—Mar 18, The Palm Court at The Plaza, 768 5th Ave (at Central Park South), 212-759-3000, reservations recommended
