Adding to the seemingly endless list of solid new openings in Hell's Kitchen, here's The Harrow: an attractive restaurant for burgers and cocktails and other things too, opening tomorrow on 10th Avenue.

The place is all exposed brick, sexy framed art and unique low-hanging chandeliers—with a long marble bar up front for you to sit with a cocktail crafted by Cliff Mejia, a mixologist hailing from Bathtub Gin, Analogue, Le Boudoir and Macao Trading Co. So you should trust him, you see. Come with a date and try the Oaxacan Monk (mezcal, jalapeño-infused green chartreuse, lime, agave, cucumber) or Queen Victoria (scotch, lemon, plum shrub, cardamom) before getting into some lobster pierogis with tarragon sour cream truffle butter and/or aged cheddar and wild mushroom-topped burgers.

The Harrow, opening tomorrow, 720 10th Ave (at W 50th), 212-757-6977
