An Unusual Sake-Centric Dinner Party at Covina

There's Peruvian Ceviche and Prosciutto-Arugula Pizza on the Menu

Turns out one of the owners of Covina is known for her classes on how sake can pair with food beyond Japanese cuisine, which she's hosted everywhere from food and wine festivals to the James Beard house. So... this dinner makes sense, yeah.

It's going down next Tuesday, where guests will be served hummus with market vegetables, Peruvian snapper ceviche, wood-grilled salmon, prosciutto-arugula pizza and more—paired with sakes from Hakkaisan Brewery, including a 3-year snow-aged Junmai and other gems.

Jan 30, 7pm—9pm, $100, Covina, 127 E 27th St (between Park and Lexington), tickets here
