A Week-Long Bob's Burgers Pop-Up Is Now Underway

A couple weeks back, we brought word that Eggslut's Chef Alvin Cailan had taken over the kitchen at Chefs Club Counter—promptly switching offerings to an all-burger menu. Well, now he's taken it one step further with seven-day pop-up concept inspired by Bob's Burgers. 

It's the same concept he brought to LA last year: each day, a different “Burger of the Day” will be offered—using a recipe directly from the show. Each burger comes with fries, a keychain and sticker, and proceeds will benefit the Los Angeles Fire Department. Check out the remaining offerings on the burger line-up below.

Wednesday, Dec 20:  Foot Feta-ish Burger/Never Been Feta (beef patty, feta, arugula, mayo, mustard)
Thursday, Dec 21: Dark Side of the Shroom Burger (beef patty, shiitake, pineapple, teriyaki sauce)
Friday, Dec 22: Hit Me with Your Best Shallot Burger (beef patty, caramelized shallots, chèvre spread, arugula)
Saturday, Dec 23: We're Here, We're Gruyère, Get Used to it Burger (beef patty, sweet pickles, gruyère, caramelized onions, au jus dipped bun)
Sunday, Dec 24: Bet it all on Black Garlic Burger (beef patty, mozzarella, spinach, black garlic spread)
