Labor Day: imminent. But summer isn't over yet. Not by a long shot. Especially if these beautiful single-speed Solé Bicycles from sunny California have anything to say about it. And if Perks has anything to say about it, which it does, you're not paying full price.

A Hendrix Art Show Here, a Prince Dance Party There
To Say Nothing of This DŌ x Meatball Shop Ice Cream SundaeBy Ilana Dadras
It's End-of-Season Sale Season
As fall approaches, you're about to have plenty of end-of-season sales to pick through, starting with Aether Apparel, assuming you haven't started yet. Venture to bet light waterproof biking jackets, down vests and simple hoodies will still be useful next year, as they have been useful every year prior.
We Trust Pitchfork's Founder Knows His Way Around the Decks
Yesterday, Pitchfork celebrated the 200 Best Albums of the '60s, publishing a pretty intensive guide to records like Jefferson AIrplane's Surrealistic Pillow and Johnny Cash At Folsom Prison, and 198 others we won't name. Tonight, they're throwing a release party for the story, where Pitchfork staffers (like, the founder and executive editor) will be spinning their favorite '60s tunes, with folk and jazz by the front bar and more danceable stuff on the dance floor. Makes sense.
Are You Experienced Dropped 50 Years Ago. Attend Art Exhibits Accordingly.
Down at Soho's Morrison Hotel Gallery, they're celebrating the 50th anniversary of Jimi Hendrix's debut studio album with an exhibition of the photographs he made alongside photographer Karl Ferris for Are You Experienced's cover art. It's all extremely colorful, trippy, and generally Hendrix-esque.
A Night Dedicated to All Things Prince
Rahj Mason, founder of the Mash, a band Prince used to go see every week at the Village Underground, is behind the lineup at this Prince tribute show. Other artists have worked with Mary J. Blige, A$AP Rocky, Alicia Keys and the man himself. Tickets are half-off right now. All good reasons to make these your Saturday plans.
Dō and The Meatball Shop Have Teamed Up, and It Is Glorious
It's resulted in a sundae consisting of Mexican chocolate cookie dough balls, handmade vanilla ice cream, caramel, whipped cream and toasted almonds—which will be available at the Meatball Shop's West Village digs starting Monday, and should be consumed by you posthaste.
What Else Is New
Taking a Bath Can Now Get You Stoned
Assuming you use this THC-infused bath bomb, of course. While you're at it, you might as well make your own blend of Johnnie Walker, and check out this week's Trump administration power rankings. You might be surprised to find out who (or what) made the list.
