All The Burgers Here Are Wagyu Burgers

It’s a famously deep maxim of Kermit the Frog’s.

And all seven dwarves.

But now, turns out, Angelenos in hot pursuit of wagyu burgers are also adopting it.

At HiHo Cheeseburger, which is now open in Santa Monica serving a small yet mighty menu of distinctive burgers, fries and shakes.

It’s a cozy, fine-looking place between the Pacific Ocean and the Promenade where everything’s generally pretty easy-breezy. After being sufficiently soothed by photos of New Zealand cattle munching bright grass on the wooden walls, you’ll order at the counter.

You won’t struggle to decide what to have. Not for long. The menu’s short. Just two double-burgers priced below 10 bucks, both made with 100% grass-fed wagyu beef from New Zealand. And also a veggie burger, not made with 100% grass-fed wagyu beef from New Zealand.

So you and your friends will order a mixture of those items with some backup from fries and housemade pie. Then you’ll joke around and await them at your table with a simple vanilla or chocolate Straus shake. Unless you want beer.

This just in: You want beer.
