You and Bevy Are Going to Get Along Just Splendidly

Today we’ve got for you some visions of candied bacon, a rainbow salad and a smattering of artfully decorated éclairs—amongst other dishes—thoughtfully prepared by a guy who’s been surrounded by constellations of Michelin stars. We’ve also got knowledge of where to acquire them. Obviously. So let’s get to all of that.

The name is Bevy, and it’s a spacious, polished, just generally nice-looking restaurant tucked inside of the Park Hyatt right near the most central of our city’s parks. It’s open now for you to keep in mind for post-theater drinks, occasion-level dinners and the like.

We’ll carry on with the assistance of visual aids, in the slideshow. Otherwise, here’s the menu to peruse at your convenience.

And with that, we bid you adieu.
