It’s easy on vegans.

Good to the gluten-free.

Which is fine.

But as for that tragically overlooked segment of the population seeking to subsist on burgers...

Now there’s The Burgerian, a Melrose mecca of burgers and shakes with the slightest hint of a filet mignon sandwich, now open in Hancock Park. Behold, burgers.

Here you have a good-looking corner joint filled with flat screens, wavy metal and light blonde tables at the ready for those times you can pry a friend loose from the Paramount cafeteria for a quick lunch. The Roger Rabbit remake can wait another hour.

You two will be plunging into ham-and-egg-laden Angus burgers between housemade buns. Or maybe someone will opt for a shrimp burger or the titanic filet mignon sandwich. There’s also a veggie burger. Enough about that.

And since you’re creative types, feel free to embellish your order by adding a shrimp patty to your burger. Or pair their garlic fries with a Vienna iced coffee that comes with ice cream. They’re all about the freedom to choose here.

We’ll see what happens after January 20.
