Late-Night Burgers and Shakes in SoHo

Tomorrow.

Tomorrow.

You’ll love this.

Tomorrow.

It’s only a day away.

And it includes a lot of beef.

It’s Black Tap, the place with more burgers per square foot than any other in this godforsaken slushy hellscape (alt: great city). It’ll open the day after today in SoHo.

They call it a luncheonette, and that’s how it appears. So prepare to come for the occasional luncheon. But really rev up for the late night. It’s a spot you’ll want in the mental rolodex when you’ve already been to a few places that night and haven’t eaten or had a Nutella shake yet. And sure, another beer sounds good.

That food comes from the mind and heart of a Michelin-starred chef. And that food is mostly variations on the noble cheeseburger, including an au poivre number with a blue-cheese-and-peppercorn dipping sauce. And that food sounds good.

For the healthier crowd (we wouldn’t mention this if there weren’t something interesting coming), there are burger salads, including one with bacon, cheese, special sauce and a negligible amount of lettuce and tomato.

Salad, we had you all wrong.
