It’s called SOMA Eats + Bottle Shop, a brass-and-teal café with a beer-and-scotch-heavy selection of liquor, open now.
In the front: big windows, a brick wall and exposed-beam ceilings. (Here’s the slideshow.) This is where breakfast, lunch and midday Golden Road Hefeweizen on tap happen.
In the back: refrigerators and shelves stocked with 200-some good beers and wine. And soon, a couple hundred bottles of scotch, bourbon and local whiskey. This is where alcohol-buying happens. (Here’s the sample menu.)
