Lobster and Linguine till Daybreak at Wynn

The club. You meet someone alluring in a fog of laser lights, shout some pleasantries, and boom—you’re ready to take this thing to the next level.

With a nice Italian meal...

Introducing Allegro, a new late-night restaurant serving respectable Italian fare and Italian-y gastronomic nightcaps in seductive environs till sunrise, now open at Wynn.

First, meet chef Enzo Febbraro, a son of Naples who made a name for himself in DC, prepping power dinners for Presidents Clinton and Bush. These days, he’s aiding you in the timeless art of after-hours seduction, serving up Bolognese cheese fries till 6am.

During regular dinner hours, he’s focused on recipes passed down through generations—spaghetti with meatballs, linguine with clams, veal chop parmigiano. Skip all that.

Instead, come in after 10 with a club denizen hopefully still dressed in shoes. The vibe: dark, mildly rustic, tryst-friendly. You’ll see hints of dark hardwood floors peeking out under red casino carpeting. Brown light fixtures suspended from painted tree branches. And a nighttime menu consisting of meatball subs, wings and half Maine lobsters covered in marinara sauce on top of linguine.

Big late-night lobster scene over here.
