Magnolia and 21st Amendment refuse to let you mourn the end of Oktoberfest. Instead, they joined forces to brew 12 Belgium-style beers and will slowly unveil them over the next four Mondays for a beautiful new thing we'll call Novemberfest. The first set debut Monday—but don't feel like you have to drink them all in one day.
Watch a chef team butcher a lamb and a goat while a whole hog roasts on a spit over an open fire (you grew another set just reading that). As if that's not enough, there will be rabbit crépinettes and chicken beer sausage in the mix. There's also a gratis bacon-inspired cocktail to complete the utopian culinary experience.
If hand-butchered goat feels a bit, well, domestic, opt for crispy piranha chops, alligator panini, yak Wellington, and paella made with giant frog legs, rabbit-rattlesnake sausage and Nigerian saltwater prawns. The Big 4's Wild Game menu is so massive we suggest you take your time all week with it.
