A Sexy New Supperclub Opens in Flatiron

Themed Burlesque, Champagne Cocktails, Live Jazz

Your next date is happening in a Parisian-inspired supperclub, where you'll sip champagne cocktails in front of a lace-embossed DJ booth under sparkling wisteria flowers before a late-night burlesque show. 

Chances of your date not being into that: minimal. So very minimal.

It's the scene you'll find at Doux Supperclub, a dimly lit lounge that excels at being sexy, now open in Flatiron. Here's what you need to know about...

The Vibe
You'll enter through an unassuming door, up a narrow staircase, and into a space covered in distressed floral print-wallpaper, vintage birdcages, candles and books. A cascade of flowers lit with tiny LEDs hang overhead, there's a (faux) fireplace to post up in front of, and the drapes are silky, long and purple. As we said, they excel at being sexy. 

The Drinks
Champagne cocktails. Chocolate cocktails. Other cocktails. Blood and Roses is delightful (vodka, creme de cassis, black currant puree, rose water), as is the French 59 (rose champagne, raspberry, hibiscus), but you've got a hell of a lot of good options.

The Food
They'll be doing a sweet dinner party on Fridays and sweet brunch on Sundays, with similar menus featuring tuna tartare, red caviar crepes, coffee eclairs and the like. But any night here can involve raspberry-filled macarons, infused chocolates and well curated cheese boards.

The Entertainment
Depending on the day and time, your experience here will unfold with live jazz, themed burlesque shows, contortionists, cocktail and chocolate pairings... yeah, there's not really a bad time to drop by. You'll want to check their site before heading over to see what's up.
