Vietnamese Iced Coffee
3 oz cold dark French roast coffee
1.5 oz rum blend (2 parts Demerara rum to 1 part Smith & Cross)
1 oz condensed milk.
Shake all ingredients together and pour over ice. Add cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of cinnamon as garnish.
