There’s never a bad time to drink cognac.

But damn if winter isn’t a great time to drink cognac.

Neat, on ice, in cocktails... you can’t go wrong.

But you can go very right with the Harvest. It comes from Celeste in Chicago, where they know their way around a good drink. And you can too via the convenience of this three-part recipe.

The Harvest

1 1/2 oz cognac
1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
1 large spoonful apple butter or apple syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with a cherry or cinnamon stick.
