Wait, what’s that? You’d like to skip ahead to the part with more about the Navajo tacos? Okay.

Instead of a tortilla, it’s fry bread, and it’s folded around oxtail, pork cheek, rock cod or nopales with mushrooms. Navajo tacos, everybody.

Then it’s all asado Argentina and whole fish and suckling pig. Ceviches and grilled octopus and skirt steak with potato chip salad. Lots of shareable Latin and Caribbean stuff. Eventually the bar will be the kind of bar that’s a full bar—until then you’ve got Prohibition red ales and pitchers of sangria to ease you through those loose, halcyon moments connecting evening and night.

A little sangria and words like “halcyon” start getting thrown around...
