The après scene: Topnotch Resort’s bistro is a six-minute drive away. Your breakfast: white-chocolate-stuffed french toast with a cornflake crust. Well, if you order that.

The après scene: Take a short drive to Red Rock Brewery’s secluded beer-tasting room. They’ve got a beer brewed with dandelion greens instead of hops. We live in crazy times.
