You guessed it: a ridiculously lavish feast prepared by Michelin-starred chefs in the mountains of Italy...
Brace yourself for the Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience, a four-day assault on your mouth wherein a different big-deal chef cooks you breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. And then you go heli-skiing. Because that’s what you do at these types of things. They’re taking reservations now for February 2 to 5.
Eat. Drink. Be merry. That’s pretty much the mission here. And considering it’s all happening over a 96-hour period in seven of the region’s finest restaurants with a roster of chefs who have 11 Michelin stars between them... well, we trust it’ll be mission well-accomplished.
Each day will look kind of like this: 1) Wake up in a sprawling resort or a mountain lodge (your pick). 2) Enjoy your day. 3) Realize your day can and will consist of anything from mountaintop pasta parties to grappa cocktail hours to hot chocolate tastings. 4) Get really happy about that.
Oh, and don’t forget to use your three-day ski pass. Or to reserve a heli-skiing or afternoon-dogsledding spot.
