Meet Brickell’s Sexy Brazilian Steakhouse

The big show. It’s almost here.

You’ve been preparing your appetite with Kobayashi-style warm-ups for weeks. Your mission: noble. No dish left behind.

Oh, and Thanksgiving should help your cause, too...

Because Porcão Farm to Grill, a sexy new house of whiskey cocktails, roving seafood carts and all-you-can-eat platters of beef, is opening next week in Brickell.

Many churrascos ago, there was a rodizio named Porcão. But then, it closed. And you mourned the endless parade of pinchos that ceased to be. Well, good news: it’s back. But it’s... nothing like what you remember. Two words: sex appeal. Two more words: seafood carts. Because everything here from the banquettes of crushed black velvet to the racy red string lights sets the mood for you and some sizzling filets.

This is definitely a place where you take a statement date. The kind who’s into roving carts brimming with seafood and cheese and all-you-can-eat parrillas of picanha and chorizo (as any date of yours should be).

First, get there a bit early and sidle up to the bar. Order the KAO Fire (rye whiskey infused with bitters and rock-candy syrup).

Then, do the dinner thing in one of those banquettes. Your next logical move: post-dinner cocktails on their sprawling outdoor patio.

Your next, next logical move: parrilla round two.
