Just in case you’re unfamiliar in the ways of Umami, here’s what you need to know. The patties are flavored with that elusive “fifth taste.” It’s sort of soy-sauce-y, sort of Japanese-y, sort of hard-to-put-into-words-y. Oh, and about those burgers. You’ll have quite a few to choose from. It’s slightly overwhelming. So allow us to recommend the Cubano Burger. It’s available only in Miami and it’s basically a pressed Cuban—pork, ham, prosciutto, cheese, pickles, mojo mustard—in burger form.
Everything is better in burger form.
