Perks returns in force with two-thirds off ZipCar, a free room at the Keating for the next time you're in San Diego and private jets from V1 to get you there. Also, the Bryant Park Hotel is throwing in an Erotic Play Package, in case you feel like celebrating the spring here at home.
Things to do for April 03, 2008
The Weekend Starts Here
The weekend's bracket is standing strong.
The Second Coming of Di Fara's
East Village upstart Artichoke is making waves as the city's best pizza spot since Midwood's Di Fara's. The highlight is the titular thistle, chopped up and sprinkled on the Artichoke and Spinach Pie. The best part is—and we can't stress this enough—you don't have to go to Midwood.
"I Know Where the Summer Goes"
Hipstographer Ryan McGinley's latest Tribeca opening features well-composed photos of lithe, nude 20-somethings in the wild. As for the crowd at the opening reception...we make no promises.
Grilled Cheese Menu at Smith's
The Greenwich Village eatery is adding a few non-carnivorous/oceanic items to the grill with a Sunday-only menu of five new grilled cheese sandwiches, including Grilled Brie with Truffled Honey and Sliced Prosciutto. Just in time to help you recover from Saturday.
