If you're unfamiliar with Ms. Largey, she's a James Beard award winner and the former chef de cuisine of David Kinch’s three Michelin-starred Manresa. So you should get familiar with her sooner than later. Like, say, this weekend.
The sneak peek of her opening menu will include dishes like sweet potato with tahini, citrus shishito peppers and harissa; pork chop with celtuce, turnips, maitake, nori jam and shallot miso; and passionfruit with sour cream and buckwheat granola.
