A Gym Where You Get to Punch Things

Coral Gables has a new boxing-only gym. It’s the only one in the city. Hitting things isn’t frowned upon there, so if that causes you to feel feelings of excitement, fitness-related or otherwise, maybe check it out. Be sure to tune in next week, when we won’t be talking about a new boxing gym.

Let’s All Go Look at Some Letters That Were Written to Andy Warhol

Andy Warhol had pen pals. Pen pals like Mick Jagger and Truman Capote. So it only makes sense that the Warhol Museum is about to bring the letters they wrote to the Design District so that you might look at them and become fascinated. Bring your pen pals.

WHAT COMES AROUND CLOTHES AROUND

There Are Nice Things to Wear at Ari Miami. Wear Them.

Ari has been making people in NYC look really nice for 16 years. And you’re happy for them. Really, you are. But now that they’ve finally arrived here, you get to slip on a bespoke leather jacket and your soon-to-be-favorite pair of jeans and look really nice, too. It’s only fair.

Now open, Ari, 2317 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, 786-773-1152

The Halal Guys Opens in Davie, You Eat So Much White Sauce

Davie. Now that’s a drive. But suppose we told you that The Halal Guys just opened their first Florida restaurant there? Do those chicken sandwiches and those gyros and that famous white sauce feel closer yet? Your keys are by the front door.

Sunday
Football and Roasted Pigs. Good Idea, Repour.
ROAST GUARD

Football and Roasted Pigs. Good Idea, Repour.

If your birthday happened the same day as Super Bowl Sunday, you’d probably throw a party. With a 30-foot projection screen, drink specials and a pig roast. Thankfully, you and Repour think alike, because that’s what’s happening for their second anniversary/Super Bowl party. The pig roast was specific, but you’ll allow it.

On a typical Wednesday, Ginger Harris is likely seeking reposado tequila, squeezing her way to the front of a concert or jumping on the back of an Indian motorcycle. That’s just Wednesdays, though.
