You’ll find it at Aspen Kitchen, a new restaurant, bar and rooftop garden that offers mountain views and good cocktails in downtown Aspen. Like the Blackberry Lime Rickey, which demonstrates the merits of combining local vodka with fresh berries and prosecco.

So drink one following any spring skiing last hurrahs. Or the next time you’re hanging out in Aspen doing Aspen things. Or just anytime you’re thirsty at home, because no one’s being selfish with the recipe.

Blackberry Lime Rickey

2 oz Woody Creek Vodka
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz agave nectar
3 large blackberries
1 splash prosecco

Muddle blackberries. Add vodka, lime juice, agave and ice. Shake then strain into a rocks glass rimmed with raw sugar. Top with prosecco and garnish with a lime wheel.
