Boston Calling’s Block Parties Series is back. And this time they’ll be bringing gratis outdoor shows from local bands to both Summer Street Plaza and Dewey Square. It starts tonight at the former with Tigerman Woah. They put a “Woah” in there, so you know they’re good.
There’s a new JP empanada place with patacones, seafood ceviche and 29 types of empanadas to choose from. And that’s fine. But it doesn’t matter. Because you’re having the Big Papi, an XL-size empanada that somehow contains every filling on the menu. This is our f**king city, indeed.
