Hey. Hi. It’s us again. Got a new taco place for you here.

Free both hands for TNT Tacos and Tequila, a sleek practitioner of the tortilla and agave arts, now open at the Quadrangle in Uptown. (It looks like this.)

Let’s assume you’re into things like ahi tuna street tacos with kimchi relish and spicy shrimp skewers with mango-habanero sauce. Then let’s further assume that if some place came along serving those things—say, one with a three-sided concrete bar and 100-plus tequilas—you’d be interested. Hope we’re not too off base...

Go ahead and start at the bar, because that’s where they keep the tequilas, including a handful on tap. Then settle into a wooden table with a plate of chimichurri steak tacos and a queso flight. We repeat, queso flight. (See the menu here.)

And that’s how that goes. But two things worth noting:

1. There’s another bar on the roof, and it stays open late on weekends for DJ- and tequila-related pursuits.

2. They’re doing brunch on Saturdays and Sundays with a full spread (huevos rancheros, eggs benedict) and a build-your-own taco station.

Working with your hands is so rewarding.
