You require: Flexibility, a serious food situation and just lots of wine.
You’ll receive: Floyd Cardoz’s tufted old New York–y Tribeca behemoth, complete with four different party spaces (including the entire dining room) and an enormous glass chamber dedicated to grapes’ finest achievement.

THE PLUSH

The Raines Law Room

You require: A small, intimate space for a few fireside drinks.
You’ll receive: World-class cocktails tucked away inside a sexy club room at a Murray Hill hotel. Like a mystery wrapped in a riddle inside an enigma, but with drinks.

THE ELEVATED

The Roof

You require: A room with a view.
You’ll receive: A full-length view of a little park they call Central, from 29 stories above it. And if you’d like to have a cocktail or three and some of the city’s most underrated haute grilled cheese, you won’t be refused here.

THE 8-BIT

Barcade

You require: A diversion or two. Creative light sourcing.
You’ll receive: A vast expanse of Chelsea beer country gently illuminated by about 50 classic ’90s arcade games (hint: you’re on fire). Pro tip: a good host always provides quarters.

THE EXOTIC

Classic Car Club Manhattan

You require: Sufficient eye candy and the option of a quick getaway.
You’ll receive: 5,500 square feet of land dotted with columns, and an open loft plan, and some of the rarest Porsches, Vettes and Shelbys on earth. Watch where you leave your champagne glass.
