NYC’s First Waterfront Dayclub/Nightclub

This... could really go either way.

But when life hands you outdoor waterfront property with palm trees and a DJ, you make a good time.

Or lemonade.

Welcome Mako, the first waterfront day- and nightclub in New York, now open in Hell’s Kitchen. Some things to keep in mind here:

The party goes until 4am.
Which means they’ll probably just push it to sunrise. Being that there are no neighbors to speak of, your riverside party just got the go-ahead to go all night.

There’s brunch.
The whole “dayclub” concept comes to us courtesy of the Vegans (the Las Vegans). If you’re unfamiliar, just know that it’ll be like a nightclub, but with sunlight and decent cocktails and shrimp salad.

They have slips for any yachts you may own or have otherwise come into possession of.
Perhaps a bejeweled pool float would do.

The music is coming from above.
The DJ is perched on what almost looks like the bowsprit of a ship.

You’ll want to reserve one of the pseudo-cabanas.
The ones nestled between the palm trees and the glowing blocks of neon light.

The glowing blocks of neon light?
The glowing blocks of neon light.
