Now: An unrecognizable spot with light woods, white leather booths, an open kitchen and a bar. Like a bar bar.
Then: A small menu with preprepared health foods like spinach salads and brussels sprouts.
Now: Breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s all cooked in-house and it’s all got real weeknight-date potential. Especially the elk tenderloin and rabbit ravioli.
Then: Mostly just coffee. Whiskey if you snuck it in.
Now: A respectable ensemble of local beers, wines by the glass and cocktails. They’ve still got the coffee, though.
