First—yes, the J and G stand for Jean-Georges Vongerichten, of being Jean-Georges Vongerichten fame. The place has a Zen vibe, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the beach, a slick bar and deep, crescent-shaped booths made for high-stakes negotiations.
You’ll come here for dinner and drinks after a day charter fishing at the Haulover Inlet (you deserve a martini for your efforts) or when entertaining out-of-town clients for power lunches.
