This Friday, the <em>Omni Dallas Hotel</em> opens for business. We studied the blueprints to help you navigate the food and drink it has to offer... one libation at a time.

LEVEL 1 SOUTHSIDE

Bob’s Steak & Chop House

The Spot: It’s Bob’s—same steaks, same potatoes, same huge carrot. But now there’s a massive glass wine wall and framed vintage American flags.
Useful For: Dining with your canopy bed suppliers from Bora Bora; settling into a suede booth with a porterhouse and a full-bodied red; maybe even drinking wine.

LEVEL 1 SOUTHSIDE

The Owner’s Box

The Spot: A sleek sports cathedral with 45 flat-screens, a 16-foot projector and two pool tables.
Useful For: Sipping Saint Arnolds at the long bar; shooting stick with the interns.

LEVEL 1 NORTHSIDE

Texas Spice

The Spot: A lodge-style dining hall with wooden barn doors, a brick ceiling, glass garage doors... and access to presidential suites.
Useful For: Working lunches with Jerry; power breakfasts with Cuban; afternoon siestas with neither.

LEVEL 4 TERRACE

Uptown Terrace

The Spot: A rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, a long white bar and a direct line of sight into downtown skyscrapers.
Useful For: Taking bungalow breaks from the convention center; sipping margaritas on the sundeck; updating your expense report from the hot tub.
