ROCK THE RUNWAY

Fashion, Beer and Whiskey at Moonshine

Your favorite place for a little alfresco whiskey, beer and barbecue is branching out into the next logical arena: fashion. It’s hosting an all-day style/shopping fest in its parking lot, culminating around 6pm with red-carpet photographers, DJs and models strutting the catwalk... possibly licking barbecue sauce from their fingers.

Aug 27, 10am-10pm, no cost, Moonshine, 1824 W Division St (at Marion), 773-862-8686

Sunday
Rye, Rock and Roasted Pig
THE THREE Rs

Rye, Rock and Roasted Pig

Ethyl’s is going all out for this whiskey-and-pork-apalooza: there’s a 100-pound spit-roasted pig, a live rock band on the patio and $5 rye cocktails. Because if there’s anything you demand with 100-pound pig, it’s a cold Sazerac.
