To celebrate their ninth anniversary, Pal’s Take Away is unveiling a series of guest-chef-created sandwiches. To give you a feel for what you’re in for, Friday’s is a panko-fried pork tonkatsu number with spicy mustard and fig sauce, and Tuesday’s involves rotisserie duck breast bacon from Josey Baker. It’s a midafternoon miracle.
