Around 8pm, you couldn’t be blamed for craving champagne and Negima Skewers. You do exist. But at the Setai’s new Thursday happy hour, there are Saigon Gimlets, made with chili-infused vodka, trying to lure you away from the champagne. May the best glass win.
It’s a Seafood Croqueta Revolution
That was quick. PB Steak’s super-seafood-y happy hour menu, PB Fish, instantly got so crazy that now they’ve just added all that stuff to their regular menu. So you can get your skirt steak and popcorn rock shrimp anytime, without enduring a 5pm bar sprint. Nothing against 5pm bar sprints.

South Beach. Home to many a steakhouse, cocktail bar and... pool of liquidized chard. Well, it is now. After a T-bone lunch turns into day drinking at the Deuce, you can detox at the new Jugofresh with a Vamos Green juice—it’s got at least five green things. At least.
