Sure, it’s a really fancy smoker, and pulled pork with sweet tomato sauce sounds delicious. But what about the buttermilk fried chicken? Still exists. Don’t worry.
You know what’s wrong with most spectacular five-course dinners: same chef throughout. Gets a little monotonous. Well, not really, but if Bourbon Steak wants to host a Cochon 555 kickoff with five top-tier chefs each handling one course, well, that probably won’t be excruciating.

Everybody loves a good origin story. In the beginning, the Sprig app used to have a tiny delivery range, and only did dinner. Now, like Google (where the chef came from), it’s expanded mightily with a bigger range and a sandwich situation at lunchtime. Well, maybe not quite like Google.
