Things to do for December 16, 2010
Suing Santa, Miss USA and Audrey Hepburns (Yes, Plural)
The weekend has seen the top of the mountain, and it is good.
The Zero G Lap Dance Is Here
Now, normally we wouldn’t be telling you about tonight’s little soiree at Pink Pony South, but we figured since there’s a Guinness World Record being auctioned off, you might want to hear about it. That world record: the world’s first zero-gravity lap dance. And yes, it’s just like it sounds. Touché, Buzz Aldrin.
It just wouldn’t be the holidays without an inappropriately named burlesque show hitting the stage for a full night of raucous merrymaking. There will be fire. There will be pasties. And there will be girls named Ursula Undress. But hey, it’s for the kids.
The State vs. Kris Kringle
Sure, you’ve fallen off the “nice” list wagon before. But for the most part, you and Saint Nick get along just fine. Now we’d like to turn your attention to 20 artists who’ve (apparently) had a falling-out with the big guy. And now they’re suing him. With art. Random isn’t even the word.
The thing about White Parties is there’s never enough Miss USA 2010s floating around. Problem solved: next Monday you’ll be at Livingston’s White Party for all-night vodka specials, DJs, passed food from chef Zeb and, of course, a little face time with Miss USA Jennifer Black. Whose name is purely coincidental.
Aston Martins and Audrey Hepburns
Next week, you will find yourself carrying a briefcase full of tequila through a dark, velvety room while being completely surrounded by diamonds, Aston Martins and girls dressed like Audrey Hepburn. And then you will leave your house and go to a very similar party at Three Sheets.
