Comprehensive list of things that would not be more enjoyable with a eucalyptus Negroni in hand:

Great, now that’s settled.

Grab your laptop and head to The Keystone, a breezy all-day tavern tucked into the Mosser Hotel that’s a prime spot for working or not-working over cold brews and oyster shooters. The doors fly open on Thursday.

The building has been around since 1913, and its tiled floor, copper detailing and quartz-topped bar want you to know about it. But over time, things have gotten brighter around here. Airier. More casual. Read: more skylights and a USB-enabled bar with plenty of power outlets. (Do accept this slideshow, and also this menu.)

It’s where you may find yourself doing any number of the following things:

—Posted up at the bar, tapping keys on a shiny device while sipping porcini-infused-gin-and-eucalyptus Negronis.

—Stopping by for a cold-brew coffee after an event at the Moscone Center. Or a cold-brew beer, of which there are plenty.

—Forming an educated opinion on their carbonara fries.

—Taking a plate of prosciutto-wrapped prosciutto off to the tufted-leather banquette at the communal table.

Everyone loves a prosciutto-wrapped prosciutto.
