  • Safe List: Setting up your own safe list, which some e-mail systems allow you to do. Look for the safe list in the settings section, and add UrbanDaddy.com. If you have to enter a complete address, use "editor@UrbanDaddy.com". Some e-mail systems require a sender to be in your address book to keep the e-mail from being diverted to a "junk"; or "bulk"; mail folder. If your system has this requirement, add "editor@UrbanDaddy.com" to your address book.
  • Technical Support: Get in touch with technical support at your ISP or company and explain the problem. If they're blocking e-mail from UrbanDaddy, let them know that they need to stop. If they refuse, let them know that some day, some how there will be consequences.
  • Changing your email address: Although this might seem like a drastic and disproportionate response, let us assure you that UrbanDaddy is completely worth the time, effort and hassle.

If after all of this you are still having problems, click here and let us know. UrbanDaddy will see what it can do.
