Urban Legend
Alligator Egg Rolls and Bison Burgers Downtown

This is a story about downtown, and how it's all coming together.

An urban utopia where you can park your car once and find clubs, performing arts, sexy gallerinas and equally tempting non-gallerinas.

And now, perhaps the final piece in the puzzle, is here.

Introducing The Urbanite Bistro, serving wild game and stiff cocktails smack-dab in the middle of the arts and entertainment district, starting tomorrow.

It's right across from the Vagabond on an up-and-coming stretch of 14th Street, a slick yet come-as-you-are-feeling saloon you'll turn to after that reggae musical at the Adrienne Arsht Center, or before catching a Red Bull–fueled all-night DJ set at the White Room. Or just when you find yourself in downtown, and in need of one of 30 wines by the glass or 25 craft brews.

And we haven't seen a wild game selection like this in quite some time, especially not in these parts. You'll want to grab one of the dark leather banquettes and sup on carnivorous adventures like Montana Bison Burgers, Alligator Egg Rolls and Pecan-Crusted Boar Chops.

No hunting necessary.
